Are reservations required? Yes! Our offerings are unique and therefore, quantities may be limited. Reservations are required, and we suggest that you make them in advance to ensure availability.
Is there a minimum order? Absolutely not. We support ALL celebrations, great and small!
Is a deposit is required? A Booking / Damage Deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is calculated based upon the total of your rental order and is charged in addition to it. During the rental period, this deposit is used as a damage deposit on the items rented. As long as the rented items are returned with no damage, the deposit will be fully refunded. Any balance is due two weeks prior to your delivery date.
What methods of payment do you accept? Fancy That accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment may also be made in the form of cash.
Do you deliver? Yes. Delivery and return pick-up charges are based upon your event location and are per truckload.
Do you ship outside of Massachusetts? In certain cases, we will ship to other states (certain items lend themselves to shipping better than other items). Please contact us to discuss your event needs. If there's a way, we'll find it! How large of a group can you provide for? Due to our popularity and since many of our pieces are vintage, quantities may be limited. However, we are constantly (and we really DO mean constantly :)) adding to our inventory. Please contact us for current inventory levels and availability. With adequate lead time, most any size function can be accommodated.
Can I make changes to my order? Of course! Please give us your "best guess" estimate when placing your order, and let us know of any changes as your date approaches. Final numbers are required 3 days prior to your delivery date.
My venue requires proof of insurance from all outside vendors, can you provide this? Yes, Fancy That carries liability insurance and can provide an insurance binder to your venue upon request.
What happens if something is missing from my order or gets broken at my event? We ask you to count all of the rental items when you receive your order to ensure there are no problems. In the unlikely event of a discrepancy, you should call us immediately. Please do not wait until after the event to report any problems because we will count the rentals when the order is returned to us, and you will be billed for any missing or broken items at our replacement cost.
Is all of your inventory vintage? Our inventory is made up of vintage as well as new pieces that are either faithful reproductions or beautiful in their own right. If a piece is vintage, the description will say so.
I have something special in mind for my tablescape but don't see what I'm looking for on your site, can you help? Sure! We love to scour antique shops looking for forgotten treasures. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we'll do our best to help.
